最新报道：Swissquote, Switzerland's leading online bank, has fully acquired the digital finance app Yuh from its joint venture with PostFinance. The acquisition, effective immediately, integrates Yuh's 140,000 users and innovative mobile-first services into Swissquote's ecosystem. Yuh, launched in 2021, offers commission-free stock trading, crypto services, and multi-currency accounts. Swissquote CEO Marc Bürki emphasized the move strengthens their digital banking leadership, while Yuh CEO Philipp Merkt highlighted enhanced client benefits through Swissquote's infrastructure. The deal aligns with Swissquote's strategy to expand digital offerings and capture younger, tech-savvy customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
