The attacker targeted the platform's ZKS token, transferring 620,000 tokens to an externally owned account (EOA) and swapping them for Ethereum. ZKSpace has temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while investigating the incident. The team assured users that funds in Layer2 accounts remain secure and unaffected. They are working with security experts to trace the stolen assets and have urged exchanges to blacklist the hacker's address. ZKSpace plans to compensate affected users and will release a detailed post-mortem report once the investigation concludes.
