最新报道:According to the news from the Coin World Network, the Story Network and the digital identity project World have partnered to introduce the World ID digital identity solution to Story's intellectual property-centric Layer 1. The cooperation aims to solve the problem of intellectual property infringement by AI-generated content, especially in terms of identity fraud and false ownership claims. According to the release shared with The Block, by integrating World ID into the Story network, users will be able to verify the IP in their wallets and also set terms for how others use and pay for their intellectual property. Story President Andrea Muttoni told The Block that the partnership between Story and World will take effect in the fall of 2025. "Proof that humanity and intellectual property are intrinsically linked - as AI becomes more powerful and complex, it will become increasingly important to have a way to distinguish IP created by humans," Muttoni said in an email. "As the first step in bringing World ID to Story, we are chaining verified human authorship - allowing creators to prove that their works are theirs, license them under their terms, and build more online trust when creating." World's biometric data (collected through iris scanners) can verify whether an online entity is human or a robot. The Block previously reported that the Tools for Humanity team that built World launched World ID in March 2023, with the broader goal of maintaining the health of the Internet in the age of artificial intelligence. However, due to concerns about user privacy protection, Portugal, Brazil, Spain, France and other countries around the world have banned or suspended World from scanning people's eyes. "World and Story are providing human creators with a new tool to prove authorship and enhance trust, define how their work is used, and get compensated on their terms," said Ajay Patel, head of Tools for Humanity World ID. "We are helping to build a future where creative control and opportunity are in the hands of those who create the work." The Story Protocol mainnet and native token IP were launched in February this year. The Block previously reported that in August 2024, a16z crypto led the $80 million Series B financing of Programmable IP Labs (the team that built Story Protocol).
