最新报道:ReserveOne, a new crypto asset management firm modeled after the U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, plans to go public via a $1B+ SPAC merger with M3-Brigade (MBAVU) targeting a Nasdaq listing. The firm will hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and other digital assets, generating yield through staking and lending, with Coinbase as custodian. Led by ex-Hut 8 CEO Jaime Leverton and former Coinbase Asset Management head Sebastian Bea, ReserveOne's board will include Tether co-founder Reeve Collins and former U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross. Leverton called it a "pivotal moment" for institutional crypto adoption, backed by $298M from M3-Brigade and $750M from investors including Galaxy Digital and Kraken. The deal is expected to close in Q4.
