-
最新报道：Glencore has agreed to acquire the UK's Lindsey oil refinery from Phillips 66 for an undisclosed sum, marking a strategic move to strengthen its European energy portfolio. The deal includes the refinery, associated storage facilities, and a power plant, securing over 500 jobs at the site. Analysts suggest this acquisition could enhance UK fuel supply stability amid growing energy security concerns. The transaction is expected to close in late 2024 pending regulatory approvals.
