The deal, expected to close in fiscal 2024, will enhance Home Depot's capabilities in roofing, landscaping, and pool supplies. SRS operates a network of 760 branches across 47 states with $10 billion in annual sales. This marks Home Depot's largest acquisition as it shifts focus toward professional customers, who account for about half its sales.
