Question regarding fees

币界网报道：I'm just getting acquainted with Tron for an integration I need to work on. I'm currently reading about how bandwidth and energy work and how it can be staked and impacts consumption. A pending question I have is, is there any way the receiver of a transaction (either a TRX tx or a token like USDT) pays for the fees or part of the fees? Or is it always the sender that pays for this?
