Prometheum Capital gets approval to provide clearing agency services for blockchain securities trading

币界网报道：Securities market infrastructure provider Prometheum Inc. announced that its subsidiary Prometheum Capital (a FINRA member firm and a special purpose broker-dealer registered with the SEC) has been approved to provide agency clearing services to third-party broker-dealers and will provide agency clearing services to broker-dealers seeking to conduct on-chain securities transactions under federal securities laws. Prometheum CEO Aaron Kaplan has announced that it will enter the field of tokenization of traditional assets, including stocks, debt instruments, structured products, options, ETFs, money market funds and other assets in the form of blockchain securities.
