Newland: Establishing an overseas subsidiary and obtaining a US MSB license

币界网报道：Newland announced that NovaPay US Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's holding subsidiary Hong Kong Xingyi Payment Co., Ltd., has been established and obtained the MSB license approved by the US FinCEN. NovaPay US Inc. has a registered capital of US$1 and its business scope includes currency transactions or transfers, including currency exchange and international remittance services.
