币界网报道:Ukraine's Digital Transformation Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has firmly rejected any notion of forgiving Russia for damages caused during the war, emphasizing the need for accountability through frozen Russian crypto assets. Speaking at the Web Summit in Lisbon, Fedorov stated that Ukraine has identified over $400 million in Russian crypto assets that could be seized as reparations. He highlighted Ukraine's pioneering use of crypto donations, which raised $225 million during the conflict's early stages, as evidence of blockchain's role in modern warfare financing. The minister also discussed Ukraine's progress in digitizing government services, with 18 million citizens now using the Diia app for official documents. Fedorov stressed that technological advancements must continue alongside military efforts, noting Ukraine's development of AI-powered landmine detection systems and plans to expand its IT army concept globally.
