It then hit a new ATH of 1576 on Oct 11, 2007, which was 1.5% higher than the ATH on Jul 16. The transports and IWM diverged. $SPX had an ATH of 6147 on Feb 19, 2025. As of now, both the IWM and transports are 10% below their 2024 peaks. Predictions are meaningless because price dictates the trading rules, but what concerns me is that the DJIA, IWM, and transports are not participating in the new ATH. That is something to watch. ?
