币界网报道:The XRP Ledger (XRPL) has integrated with Wormhole, a leading interoperability protocol, enabling seamless stablecoin transfers across 30 blockchain networks, including Solana, Polkadot, and Sui. This collaboration allows XRPL-based assets, particularly stablecoins, to bridge to other ecosystems, enhancing liquidity and accessibility. Wormhole’s cross-chain messaging facilitates secure asset transfers without requiring direct integration between chains. The move aligns with XRPL’s goal of expanding decentralized finance (DeFi) adoption by improving connectivity with high-throughput chains. RippleX’s VP of Engineering, David Schwartz, emphasized the importance of interoperability in driving blockchain utility, while Wormhole’s CEO, Saeed Badreg, highlighted the partnership’s role in fostering multi-chain innovation. The integration supports USDC, USDT, and other stablecoins, offering users more flexibility in cross-chain transactions. Developers can now leverage Wormhole’s SDK to build XRPL-compatible dApps, further bridging ecosystems. This follows XRPL’s recent upgrades, including native lending and AMM functionalities, positioning it as a competitive DeFi hub. Analysts note that such integrations could boost XRP’s utility amid growing demand for interconnected blockchain solutions.
