最新报道:SoFi has resumed offering cryptocurrency trading services to its customers after a temporary pause, citing recent regulatory clarity in the U.S. digital asset space. The fintech company, which initially halted crypto trading in December 2022 due to compliance concerns, now allows users to buy and sell over 20 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum. SoFi's decision follows the SEC's approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs earlier this year, which provided clearer guidelines for crypto-related financial products. The company emphasized its commitment to working within regulatory frameworks while expanding digital asset offerings. SoFi Digital Assets LLC, the firm's crypto division, remains registered with FinCEN as a money services business but has not yet secured state money transmitter licenses in all jurisdictions. The relaunch comes as major financial institutions increasingly integrate crypto services, with SoFi positioning itself as a bridge between traditional finance and digital assets for its 7.5 million members.
