Coinbase's wrapped ADA and LTC tokens go live on Base

最新报道：Coinbase has launched wrapped Cardano (cbADA) and Litecoin (cbLTC) tokens on its Base Ethereum Layer 2 network, backed 1:1 by native ADA and LTC held in custody. The new tokens enable seamless conversion between Coinbase accounts and Base onchain addresses, allowing users to deploy these assets in DeFi protocols like Aerodrome, Uniswap, Aave, and Compound. This marks Coinbase's fifth wrapped token offering on Base, following cbBTC, cbXRP, and cbDOGE. Initial supply data shows cbADA at $1.7M and cbLTC at $1M within 24 hours of launch, while cbBTC dominates with $4.9B in supply. Base remains the top Ethereum L2 by transaction volume (9.4M daily) and active addresses (2M).
