The firm now holds 4,932 bitcoin, reinforcing its bitcoin-centric strategy. This follows its announcement of a $1 billion business combination with Columbus Circle Capital Corp. (CCCM) to go public, after which it will rebrand as ProCap Financial, Inc. The company treats bitcoin as a core financial benchmark and plans to continue accumulating BTC, targeting up to $1 billion in holdings by the time of its public listing.
