The New York Stock Exchange submitted a rule change request to list the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, a fund holding BTC and ETH in a 3:1 ratio, custodied by Crypto.com. The SEC filing under the 19b-4 process is a procedural step but doesn't ensure approval. This follows Trump Media's recent announcement of a $2.4 billion plan to build a BTC treasury, though no purchases have been confirmed. The company, alongside Yorkville, is also developing politically branded crypto products, including Bitcoin, blockchain, and stablecoin funds, though only the Truth Social ETFs have been formally filed with the SEC.
