Ark had initially purchased 4.49 million shares during Circle's NYSE debut on June 5 at $31 per share, yielding nearly 600% returns. The stock gained momentum after the U.S. Senate passed the GENIUS Act stablecoin bill, now under House review. Separately, Ark bought $24.4 million in Robinhood shares and $1.3 million in Coinbase stock. The Nasdaq and Dow rose 0.94% and 0.89%, respectively.
