币界网报道:Paradigm has exclusively led a $15 million Series A funding round for decentralized exchange startup Global Token Exchange (GTE), which claims to offer trading speeds rivaling centralized exchanges like Binance and Coinbase. GTE co-founder Enzo Coglitore stated the platform features a central limit order book with latency matching top centralized exchanges while maintaining decentralization benefits like non-custodial access. The exchange aims to address trust issues with centralized platforms and high latency/costs on DEXs. Built on MegaETH, an EVM-compatible blockchain, GTE uses a central order book system similar to traditional exchanges rather than automated market makers. Paradigm partners highlighted GTE's potential to compete with both centralized exchanges and AMMs like Uniswap. The platform, targeting retail traders and liquidity providers, has already attracted 700,000 users to its testnet since launch earlier this year. This follows GTE's previous $10 million raise across three funding rounds in January.
