最新报道：Grant Cardone, prominent real estate investor and founder of Cardone Capital, revealed his firm has acquired 1,000 BTC (worth approximately $100 million) as part of its corporate treasury strategy. In an X post, Cardone stated this makes Cardone Capital "the first ever real estate/BTC company integrated with full BTC strategy combining the two best in class assets." The purchase positions the firm among the top 30 corporate Bitcoin holders globally. Cardone Capital currently manages 14,200 residential units and 500,000+ square feet of office space, with plans to acquire an additional 3,000 BTC and 5,000 residential units by year-end. This follows Cardone's January announcement about using real estate cash flow to accumulate Bitcoin as part of a long-term crypto investment approach.
