币界网报道:Coinbase has obtained a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license from Luxembourg's financial regulator, enabling the exchange to provide its full range of crypto services across all 27 EU member states. The company announced the approval from Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and confirmed its establishment of a European hub in the country. Coinbase highlighted its previous regulatory approvals in Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, noting that MiCA now consolidates these under a unified framework to expand access to regulated crypto services for European users. The MiCA regulations, fully implemented in late 2023, standardize crypto asset rules across the EU. Meanwhile, Gemini is reportedly finalizing its MiCA license in Malta after applying earlier this year, while OKX has also chosen Malta as its MiCA compliance base.
