Some EIP adjustments include: EIP-7951 requires further testing of pricing, EIP-7907 contract size limit reduced from 256 KB to 48 KB, EIP-7918 Blob base cost reduced from 2^14 to 2^13, EIP-7892 maximum Blob count parameter merged into EIP-7594. In terms of testing plan, Fusaka Devnet 2 is scheduled to be launched on June 23, and at least three sets of CL and EL clients are required to be ready. Some adjustments are postponed to Devnet 3, and the testing schedule is extended. In addition, the Glamsterdam proposal adds EIP-7745 (trust log index) and EIP-7919 (Pureth, key proposal).
