币界网报道：According to Semafor, Reddit is in talks with Tools for Humanity, co-founded by Sam Altman, to introduce its iris scanning identity verification system World ID to achieve an "anonymous and unique" verification mechanism for platform users. The system generates an irreversible encrypted identity by scanning the user's iris, and the user can obtain a unique World ID. Neither Reddit nor Tools for Humanity commented on the negotiations.
