币界网报道:Thailand's SEC has launched a public consultation on proposed regulations allowing crypto exchanges or related parties to issue utility tokens for blockchain transactions, requiring disclosure of issuer affiliations to monitor insider trading. The move aims to balance innovation with illicit activity prevention, following recent actions including blocking access to unlicensed exchanges like Bybit and OKX from June 28. The regulator expanded its approved token list in March to include USDT and USDC, alongside previously permitted assets like BTC, ETH, XRP, and XLM. Feedback on the new rules will be accepted until July 21.
