币界网报道:Arizona's Senate approved House Bill 2324 (HB2324) in a 16-14 vote, advancing legislation to establish a "Bitcoin and digital assets reserve fund" for managing forfeited or abandoned cryptocurrencies. The bill, which updates Arizona's unclaimed property laws to include digital assets, now returns to the House for final approval. This follows HB2749 enacted in April, which revised unclaimed property frameworks to accommodate digital assets. Unlike the vetoed SB1025—which proposed investing seized funds in BTC—HB2324 focuses on holding abandoned crypto as state property. Arizona joins Texas in nearing final approval for such measures, while New Hampshire remains the only state to have fully enacted a BTC reserve fund. Governor Katie Hobbs previously rejected similar proposals, calling cryptocurrency an "untested investment."
