币界网报道:Namada, a privacy-focused Layer 1 blockchain in the Cosmos ecosystem, has finalized its mainnet launch, introducing "privacy as a service" for decentralized applications, assets, and blockchains. Its composable privacy feature allows other chains and apps to integrate privacy capabilities. The mainnet completion coincides with the free-market distribution of its native NAM token, now liquid and set for exchange listings this week. Developed by the Anoma Foundation, which has raised $60M from investors like Polychain Capital and CMCC, Namada's key innovation is its "multi-asset shielded pool," enabling users to conceal holdings in DEX liquidity pools for selective transaction disclosures. The network plans cross-chain expansions, including Bitcoin support via Lombard and Babylon, Ethereum and Solana integrations, shielded swaps on Osmosis, and stablecoin/DeFi compatibility. Users will soon conduct private DeFi, gaming, and payment activities through a unified interface, with features like one-click shielded cross-chain swaps minimizing transaction data exposure.
