The address has not been moved since the first Ethereum token issuance in 2015, and currently still holds 2,000 ETH, worth about $5.06 million. The cost of participating in the ICO was only about $620. After this activation, the address transferred out 0.001 ETH in two transactions, and the specific purpose is still unclear.
