Funding rate is a fee set by cryptocurrency trading platforms to maintain a balance between the contract price and the price of the underlying asset, mainly used for perpetual contracts. This mechanism exchanges funds between long and short traders, and the trading platform does not charge this fee. When the funding rate is 0.01%, it means the market is neutral, more than 0.01% indicates that the market is bullish, and less than 0.005% indicates that the market is bearish.
