币界网报道：Japanese investment company Metaplanet announced a $5.4 billion equity financing plan to acquire more Bitcoin. The plan will raise funds by issuing more than 500 million covered warrants, which will be sold gradually over the next two years to minimize market impact. Metaplanet's goal is to hold 300,000 BTC by 2027 and enter the Bitcoin 1% club.
