币界网报道:Arbitrum's Timeboost, a transaction ordering policy launched in April 2025, has generated $2 million in fees by allowing users to bid for priority via an "express lane" on Arbitrum One and Nova. The system processes hundreds of thousands of transactions, accounting for 20-30% of daily DEX volume, while reducing MEV-related congestion. Designed as a sealed-bid auction, Timeboost helps capture MEV revenue and curb network spam while maintaining fast block times. Despite its success in ecosystem value capture, concerns remain about potential sequencer centralization risks. Arbitrum's DAO treasury currently holds 3.5 billion ARB tokens ($1.3B), funded through L1/L2 fees and surplus revenue.
