币界网报道:ZkLend, a Starknet-based lending protocol, has announced the suspension of its operations following a $9.5 million exploit on its Artemis testnet. The platform confirmed the security breach via Twitter, stating that all contracts have been paused while investigations continue. Blockchain security firm PeckShield identified the attack as a price oracle manipulation, allowing the exploiter to artificially inflate collateral values and borrow substantial funds. ZkLend assured users that mainnet funds remain secure as the incident was isolated to the testnet environment. The protocol, which had recently completed a $5 million seed round led by Delphi Digital, emphasized its commitment to resolving the issue and strengthening security measures before resuming services. This incident marks another setback for Starknet's ecosystem, which has been working to establish itself as a leading Ethereum Layer 2 solution.
