Reuters: Coinbase and Gemini expected to obtain EU licenses from Malta and Luxembourg

币界网报道：According to Reuters, two large cryptocurrency companies, Gemini and Coinbase, are expected to obtain EU licenses issued by Malta and Luxembourg respectively, and can conduct business in the 27 EU countries according to the Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) that came into effect this year. Malta has previously quickly approved OKX and Crypto com, raising concerns among regulators in other member states about its approval speed and regulatory capabilities. ESMA is reviewing Malta's licensing process and plans to publish a report on it.
